Topic Two: Quadrant Abstraction

Chair Drawing Quadrant:

PROCESS IMAGES:

1. Assembling lumber with wood glue.

2. Testing white paint and sanding down the lumber.

3. Painting it white.

4. Testing out hook patterns on spare pieces of lumber.

5. Attaching hooks to frame.

6. Sketching and testing out different patterns for the nylon thread. 

 Final Product:

 Sculpture in class on Tuesday, the day of the critique (September 25th).
